Follow the information at the bottom of the job posting to ensure your resume is received, i.e. drop off your resume to the Human Resources Department, 400 City Hall Square East, Suite 408, Windsor, ON, N9A 7K6 or email your resume to recruitment@citywindsor.ca or drop off your resume to one of the Customer Care Centres.

What is the acceptable format for my resume?

Your resume should be emailed as an attachment in Word or PDF format. Sending your resume in another format may result in unexpected formatting, compatibility or filter related issues, and your resume may be rejected as a result.

What if I received my education outside of Canada?

If you are the successful applicant and your education was obtained outside of Canada, you will be responsible (inclusive of any costs) for verifying your education for Ontario Ministry of Education equivalency.

For more information regarding education verification, please visit International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS) OR World Education Services Canada (WES).

What is considered an accredited educational institute?

An accredited educational institute is a government regulated school. For more information, including a list of current accredited educational institutes, visit the Government of Canada website.

Education obtained through a Private Career College will not be considered equivalent.

I missed the posting period deadline. Can I still apply?
