Steering Committee
The steering committee for the Windsor archaeological management plan (WAMP) review is the Development & Heritage Standing Committee of Windsor City Council. With respect to the WAMP review project, the role of the steering committee is to support the project, provide feedback on the study work products, and review the final draft WAMP at the end stages of the project before it proceeds to Council and ultimately for final adoption.
Technical Working Group
A technical working group has been established to provide more hands-on support, input, and oversight for the project. The members of this working group include key City of Windsor staff; key members of the consultant team; representatives of the Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries; and the president of the Windsor Chapter of the Ontario Archaeological Society.
