Windsor-Essex Housing Connections (WEHC) is the region’s first and only housing first program. WEHC is a multi-agency collaborative lead by Family Services Windsor-Essex in partnership with Housing Information Services, ACCESS County Community Support Services and Can Am Indian Friendship Centre.
