Hours of Operation - Customer Care Centres

Winter/Spring 2024:

• Customer Care Winter/Spring 2024 Hours
• Customer Care Centres will be closed on Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day and Civic Holiday.

Transit Smart Pass cards:

• Please note that at this time we are only able to reload pre-existing Transit Smart Pass cards. All cards must first be purchased at the Windsor International Transit Terminal. We are a reload location only for these items.

Transit Smart Ride cards:

• You are now able to purchase or reload a Smart Ride card at any Customer Care Centre.
