Heritage Property Incentive Programs
Properties of heritage value and interest are identified on the Windsor Municipal Heritage Register. To encourage owners to invest in the conservation of heritage properties, the City of Windsor has developed these incentive programs for heritage properties:
Heritage Property Tax Reduction Program
Eligible heritage properties may apply for a tax reduction of up to 30% per year for eligible works to restore heritage attributes.

Community Heritage Fund
Grants and/or loans are available for the acquisition and conservation of designated heritage properties.
