Detroit Grand Prix
May 31 - June 2, 2019
Catch the bus to Belle Isle for the race on June 1st and 2nd from the Windsor International Transit Terminal (WITT), 300 Chatham Street West. The fare is $13.00 round trip per passenger regardless of age. Transportation wristbands are required for boarding the bus in Windsor and Belle Isle.
Buses will travel to Belle Isle on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 8:00 am each day and run on demand until 2:00pm.
Return trips on both days begin immediately following the race. Buses continue running until 30 minutes after the concert ends on Saturday and for approximately 30 minutes after the last race on Sunday.
Buses will not travel to Belle Isle on Friday, May 31. However, fans may take the tunnel bus to GM Renaissance Center and catch a shuttle bus to the Isle. Boarding is at the Jefferson Avenue entrance and the tunnel bus fare is $5.00 per person each way, regardless of age.
You may also purchase a reserved seat in Grandstand #2 at Windsor International Transit Terminal until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30. Fans may purchase admission and transportation packages online at snapdwindsor.com/grandprix until May 30 at 11:59 p.m. For your convenience, all online purchases are available for pickup as soon as 10:00 a.m. the next business day at WITT.
