The following information is required for follow up:
- Bus route (e.g. Crosstown 2)
- Location and direction of travel
- Date and time of incident
- Bus number, if possible (3-digit number located inside the bus just above the driver)
- Description of the driver
- Your name and telephone number
A report is filed based on the information we receive. An Operations Supervisor will investigate the incident and will call or email you back with the results, within five (5) working days of the report date.
