Affordable Pass Program (APP)

The Affordable Pass Program (APP) allows eligible Windsor-Essex residents living with low income to purchase a discounted bus pass through Transit Windsor, Leamington Transit, and LaSalle Transit.

Transit Windsor

Leamington Transit

The Affordable Pass Program (APP) provides a 50% discount toward the purchase of a 30-Day and 10-Ride bus pass for the Leamington to Windsor (LTW) Transit bus. The program is available for eligible residents of Leamington, Kingsville, and Essex that are living with low income.

LaSalle Transit

LaSalle Transit offers the Affordable Pass Program (APP) to qualifying individuals. The APP allows residents of LaSalle living with low income the ability to purchase a discounted bus pass, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
