The applicant is requesting an amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 to change the zoning of the lands located on the east side of Sixth Concession Road, north side of Spago Crescent, south of Holburn Street, from RD1.2 to RD2.2 to permit townhouses. There is a provision for onsite storm servicing. In addition, the applicant requests site-specific zoning provisions to permit an interior side yard of 1.2 metres for lots 23 and 24, and 75% front yard paving for Lot 24.
By-law 8600 permits 50% maximum front yard paving for lots having a width of 9 metres or more, and up to 70% maximum front yard paving for lots having widths of less than 9 metres.
