The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Official Plan to permit a right-out driveway (direct property access) onto Lauzon Parkway. The subject lands contain Princess Auto and a proposed Tim Hortons drive through restaurant. The City of Windsor Official Plan classifies Lauzon Parkway as a Class 1 Arterial Road and prohibits direct property access to Class1 Arterial Roads.

The lands are designated “Commercial Corridor” in the City of Windsor Official Plan and zoned “Commercial District 2.1” (CD2.1) in Zoning By-law 8600.
