The applicant is requesting an amendment to the City of Windsor Zoning By-law 8600 to permit the construction of a 4-building Multiple Dwelling development with a total of 96 units on the site. The applicant is requesting that the zoning of the subject site be amended to a site-specific Residential  District 2.5 (RD2.5) which would decrease the Minimum Lot Area from 166 square metres per dwelling unit to a minimum lot area of 15,000 square metres and increase the maximum building height from 18 meters to 20 metres. This site is subject to site plan control. It is anticipated that an application for Draft Plan of Condominium will follow the required site plan control process.
