Application to amend Zoning By-law 8600 from CD 1.7 and RD 1.2 by adding a site specific Residential District similar to RD3.3 to allow development of a 3-storey residential care facility of up to 56 units. This site specific zone would allow for a reduction in the minimum site area to 3000 square meters. The property is currently used as a permit-only parking lot for St. Francis of Assisi Church and the Knight of Columbus located to the east. Fifteen parking spaces will be provided on site. The applicant submitted an application of a similar nature in 2017; the file number is Z-014/17 [ZNG/5184] for your reference.

This development will also be subject to Site Plan Control.
