Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

  • Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience and some relevant formal education
  • Must have some of your own tools and supplies to do some jobs. We are willing to purchase some tools and supplies when needed for certain jobs
  • Must have own vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be fluent in English and have good verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred but negotiable:

Job Description:

  • ​Cleaning and janitorial work
  • Painting walls, staining cabinets, furniture, and woodwork as required
  • Minor landscaping
  • Minor plumbing and able to remove and install toilets, sinks and do minor bathroom fixes
  • Minor renovation work including but not limited to removal and install of flooring and patching drywall
  • Minor electrical repairs including but not limited to removal and installation of light fixtures, receptacles and security cameras and more
  • Building systems maintenance such as HVAC, etc.
