National Events and Initiatives

In addition to our own City of Windsor Signature Events, the City will work to facilitate, highlight and promote national events that will mark Ontario 150 and Canada 150 throughout 2017.

Canada 150th Anniversary Tulips - blooming in Windsor's Dieppe Gardens, Jackson Park, Coventry Gardens and at the WFCU Centre (to name a few locations).
Free 2017 Parks Canada Discovery Pass; providing free access to National Parks, National Marine Conservation Areas and National Historic Sites across the country.
Canada In A Day - national video project.
Culture Days 2017 - September 29, 30 and October 1, 2017.
June is Recreation & Parks Month: Canada 150 - June 2017.
