May 7-13, 2018 is recognized Nationally as “Mental Health Week”, the Windsor Workplace Wellness program will recognize the entire month of May through the “Get Loud for Mental Health” initiative.

Collect resources from Canadian Mental Health Association.
Participate in a 1km walk along the riverfront with Mayor Drew Dilkens.

Wellness Challenge - Get Loud For Your Mental Health
The Workplace Wellness Committee is challenging employees to be active, outdoors on any lunch hour and check in on your mental health. As an added incentive, upload a photo of your Windsor outdoor destination (May through August) to earn an entry into a monthly draw for a chance to win a $25 gift card. City of Windsor employees can upload the photo via the "Get LOUD ..." link under “Popular” on the Dashboard home page.
