Provincial Offences Temporary Court Location

The Provincial Offences Court (POA) office located at 251 Goyeau Street remains closed due to the fire at the Westcourt Place.

All court activity will now take place at 350 City Hall Square West until alternate arrangements can be made or a return to the Westcourt building can take place.

If you have a court date or early resolution meeting, you are expected to attend the main lobby of 350 City Hall Square West. The scheduled timing has not changed, only the location.

There will be signage in the lobby to help direct visitors, and the main reception centre staff are also available for questions.

The temporary location is also available for making payments, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. 

Alternatively, the following payment options are also available:

  • If you have a suspended licence and are looking to pay a fine, you can pay at a Service Ontario location.
  • If you have been ticketed, you can pay online at It should be noted, that if you were issued a summons with a court date on it, there is no online payment option.
  • You can also make a payment at any other POA office in Ontario.
