Dog Licence Purchases Online

It’s time to renew or get your first dog licence, and the City of Windsor has just the right technology to allow you to do so from the comfort of home.

Check out our Dog Licence E-Service on the City of Windsor website. Read through Steps 1 and 2 to familiarize yourself with our dog licensing needs and requirements, and then in Step 3 you’ll find a link called MyWindsor, which offers the opportunity to create a personal account.

Why take advantage of a MyWindsor account?

  • You can purchase your licence without having to leave home.
  • You can make a secure payment with Visa or Mastercard and now Debit Visa or Mastercard Debit.
  • Future renewals will be streamlined.
  • You can access previous MyWindsor applications at any time.
  • And, we’re working on electronic deadline reminders (coming soon).

Don’t want to create an account? No problem: you can still purchase your licence online without creating a MyWindsor account, and your tag will be mailed to you.
