City to Open Sandpoint Beach and Lakeview Park Marina
Reminder: Sign Up for Day Camps
The beach will be open beginning Wednesday, July 29, 2020, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, and enhanced safety measures will be in place. Access will be controlled by staff; life guards will be on duty; and beach goers will be asked to maintain social distancing at all times. The City has engaged Caduceon Environmental Laboratories to conduct water quality testing, therefore please visit the outdoor pools and beaches page on the City of Windsor website to ensure the water quality is safe and that the beach is open.
Lakeview Park Marina
Lakeview Park Marina will see a gradual opening of the boat ramp and fuel pump beginning Saturday, August 1, 2020. Seasonal boaters will be contacted by marina staff between August 1 to 7, 2020 as their dock becomes ready and available for them to launch their boat for the season.

Day Camp Reminder
Parents in need of a summer day camp can register now for City day camps, which begin on August 4, by visiting www.activewindsor.ca or calling 519-966-6065.

At this time, all other Recreation and Culture indoor facilities will remain closed until December 31, 2020, and refunds will be issued accordingly. However, when we enter Stage 3 of the provincial framework for reopening, a select number of venues may be opened based on demand.
