Road Watch

Have you ever helplessly witnessed a flagrant violation of safety or traffic laws and wished you could have done something about it?  Poor driving habits and "road rage" are everyone's problem, not just other motorists.

Feel helpless no more.  The Road Watch program is a City of Windsor community initiative that gives residents and visitors an opportunity to formally report dangerous and aggressive drivers to the police.

When you witness an act of dangerous or aggressive driving behaviour such as: tailgating, speeding, improper lane changes, running school bus signals or traffic signals, or any other driving behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, you can report it. As a driver, passenger, cyclist, or pedestrian, you have the right to report it. Simply fill out a Citizen Report Form.

Note:
You must print the form, fill out and mail to address listed.  Be alert to remember the licence plate number, which will allow the Police to assign an incident number and follow up on the complaint.
