Charles Clark Square

Skating at Charles Clark SquareLocated between Chatham Street East and University Avenue East, midway between Goyeau and McDougall streets.  

Charles J. Clark offers free supervised ice skating beginning from December thru March at the following times, weather permitting:

Monday-Friday from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
 
A seasonal concession is available on site.
 

Washrooms are available when the rink is open. 

Rink Rules:

  1. No hockey or figure skating allowed at any time.
  2. No skating aids permitted.

For large groups (schools, churches, etc.), please notify the Parks & Recreation office of your intentions (519)253-2300.

Skate Lending

  • All Saints Church in downtown Windsor lends skates free of charge. 
  • Please contact All Saint's Church by phone at (519) 253-8001.
