Windsor Sculpture Park

Art Cart Tours are open from May to October 2016.

Hop on board the Windsor Sculpture Park's Art Cart for a tour of the beautiful riverfront parks and sculptures. 

Free Public Tours

May and June 

  • When: Weekends, 11 AM to 5 PM  
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour per tour 
  • Special info: Dependant on the weather

July and August

  • When: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 4 PM to 7:30 PM 
  • When: Weekends, 11 AM to 5 PM 
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour per tour 
  • Special info: Dependant on the weather 
  • Holiday tour: Canada Day - Friday, July 1 - from 11 AM to 5 PM 
  • Holiday tour: Civic Holiday - Monday, August 1 - from 11 AM to 5 PM

September through Thanksgiving Weekend

  • When: Weekends, 11 AM to 5 PM 
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour / tour 
  • Special info: Dependant on the weather 
  • Holiday tour: Labour Day - Monday, September 5 - from 11 AM to 5 PM 
  • Holiday tour: Thanksgiving - Monday, October 10 - from 11 AM to 5 PM

About the Art Cart

The Art Cart is an electric golf cart, which can hold five people. Tours run on a first-come-first-served basis. Children 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.


Private Tour Fees

Private art cart tours are available for a fee of $50.00 for a maximum of five people and walking tours for larger groups at a cost of $3.00 per person with a minimum fee of $45.00 

Fee-based tours require reservations.

Fee-based tours are offered outside of public tour hours.

Windsor's Community Museum, administered by the City of Windsor, Department of Recreation and Culture, coordinates the art cart tours. Windsor Sculpture Park was formerly named the Odette Sculpture Park. Specialty tours are available for large walking groups or persons with disabilities.


Location

Hop on the art cart at the foot of Ouellette Avenue at the Detroit River, west of Ouellette Avenue in the area identified with the Windsor Sculpture Park Tour Sign.
