City of Windsor Financial Rating Affirmed at ‘AA’
Standard & Poor's (S&P) Ratings Services has reaffirmed its issuer credit and senior unsecured debt ratings for the City of Windsor as 'AA' due to moderate and improving debt burden, respectable budgetary performance and adequate financial flexibility. See the news release for details.
