• Certificate of Qualification - Heating (depending on class applying for - i.e. Class A - Gas Fitter I or II, Class B - Steam Fitter, Class C - Sheet Metal Worker)
• Police Records Check - New Master only, original, not more than 3 months old.
• Public Liability/Property Damage Insurance policy ($2,000,000 minimum)
• 2 pieces of I.D. - Government of Canada or Government of Ontario issued (or 1 piece of foreign government I.D. and Canadian Government work authorization) with at least one piece showing date of birth and photo
• Photo I.D. card issued
