Hours of Operation

September to May

The regular hours of operation (excluding summer and December holiday season) for the Customer Care Centres at Adie Knox, Forest Glade, Gino & Liz Marcus and Optimist are as follows:
Monday to Thursday:  9 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Friday:  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday:  9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
Closed on Statutory Holidays

The regular hours of operation (excluding summer and December holiday season) for South Windsor Customer Care Centre are as follows: 
Monday to Friday:  12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed Saturdays and Statutory Holidays

Customer Care Centres will be closed on Canada Day, the Civic Holiday and Labour Day
