Let it be known, that the City of Ohrid in the Socialist Republic of Macedonia, Yugoslavia, and the City of Windsor in the County of Essex, Ontario, Canada do herby declare their Brotherhood as Twin Cities in recognition of International Friendship and Understanding of the Social, Cultural, Economic and Educational Bonds Enjoyed by our Twinned Cities.
