Public Infrastructure and Right-of-Way Requirements

Through its ongoing efforts to streamline the development process for clients, the Engineering Department has prepared a consolidated manual of development requirements for the design of public infrastructure and alterations to the public right-of-way.

The Development Manual (2.58MB) covers all aspects of the development process, including the fees, drawings and inspection processes for all sizes of development.
