Applications are no longer available for this program.  The response to the Homeownership Downpayment Assistance Program has been excellent.  Demand for the program exceeds the allocation and the supply of some 125 applications have been depleted.  We will however continue to process submitted completed applications when received. 

A waiting list for the number of eligible applicants that exeed the allocations but meet the criteria will be maintained.  Applicants on the waiting list will be ranked on a first come, first serve basis according to the date and time stamped on the application at City Hall.  In the event one or more of the selected applicants do not conclude the requirements of the program and funds become available and/or the program has not expired, then the next applicant on the waiting list will be offered participation in the program.
