Full Day Early Learning is a new initiative intended to provide an opportunity for all children four and five years of age to gain access to quality early learning programs within the elementary school system.  As the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM), the City of Windsor is committed to keeping the child care and Ontario Early Years community, early learning partners, parents and families informed of the activities related to the implementation of the Full Day Early Learning initiative.
