The Multi-Residential Taxpayers' Committee (MRTC) is a group of volunteers from the Landlord & Tenants Groups in Windsor.
What We Do
The MRTC is an Advisory Committee of Council that meet monthly to discuss rentals and the effects of taxation on same.
