Councillor Halberstadt gave notice at the August 23, 2010 Windsor City Council meeting that he will introduce a motion at the September 13, 2010 meeting of Council that the City of Windsor apply to the Share the Road Cycling Coalition of Ontario for the designation as a Bicycling Friendly Community.
