Liam Westwood, a.k.a. “Miss Mabel Leaf” is a female impersonator who shares a balcony with retired NHL legend Doug Grey. Doug doesn’t care much for his neighbour’s flamboyant lifestyle but they challenge each other with hockey and movie trivia. When Liam’s ex calls to say he is HIV positive, a terrified Liam intends to commit suicide by throwing himself off the balcony. Doug must decide if he cares enough to talk his neighbour down and is forced to examine his own secretive lifestyle and choose what secrets he is willing to reveal.
