You may register a complaint, compliment or suggestion by calling Transit Windsor at 519-944-4111, calling 311 or emailing tw@city.windsor.on.ca.

The following information is required for follow up:

  • Bus route (i.e. Crosstown 2)
  • Location and direction of travel
  • Date and time of incident
  • Bus number, if possible (3-digit number located inside the bus just above the driver)
  • Description of the driver 
  • Your name and telephone number

A report is filed based on the information we receive.  An Operations Supervisor will investigate the incident and will call or email the you back with the results, within five (5) working days of the report date.

The Transit Windsor Board of Directors' receive monthly summary reports for review.
