  • City Council, under By-law 389-2004, authorized the City’s Chief Administrative Officer to make decisions on their behalf with regards to various administrative matters (Parking By-law amendments, Noise By-law exemptions, road closures, special events, etc.). 
  • These decisions are made in accordance with the “Delegation of Authority” procedure.
