Who We Are

The Windsor Business Improvement Area Advisory Committee (WBIAAC) is made up of 11 members, including two members of Council as well as representatives from various business improvement areas within the City of Windsor.

What We Do

The WBIAAC meets quarterly to discuss budgeting issues, administrative matters and membership.  Some goals of the WBIAAC are to:

• Promote strong, effective and successful BIAs in Windsor
• Encourage and increase the presence and participation of BIAs and their members
• Facilitate the collection and exchange of information on BIA issues
• Establish City-BIA partnerships through collaborative, policy-based initiatives and programs
