Who We Are

The Riverfront Noise Committee (RNC) has 9 members and is comprised of Windsor City Council members, local festival groups, as well as area residents.

What We Do

The RNC was formed to address the concerns of area residents about noise from Riverfront Civic Terrace events.  Some examples include:

• Identifying possible solutions to abate noise levels
• Setting maximum noise levels and enforcement procedures
• Setting hours of operation for festivals and events
