The SimpliCity program represents a commitment by the City of Windsor to streamline, simplify, consolidate, and enhance the services we provide, for the benefit of our residents and our staff.

Winner of the 2006 E.A. Danby Award

  • SimpliCity won the 2006 E.A. Danby Award, issued by the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO). 
  • The E.A. Danby Award, named in honour of AMCTO’s first president, recognizes and honours municipalities that have made an outstanding improvement in their own performance during the previous year, particularly in the areas of organisational performance strategy, structure and processes, information systems and human resources.
