An official Declaration of Residency letter is available through the Clerk's Office, Room 203, 350 City Hall Square West.

Residents must attend in person and provide two pieces of identification showing their current municipal address. 

Declaration of Residency letters are provided for Windsor residents only and must be authorized in person by the City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk. 

It is therefore recommended that you call the Council Services Department (519) 255-6211, to make an appointment to ensure that the Clerk or Deputy Clerk is available.

There is a $25.00 fee for this service.
