Joe Louis Arena and the Cobo Conference/Exhibition Center are serviced by the Regular Tunnel Bus.

Please note that tunnel fares may be paid in either Canadian or American funds, but no exchange is given.

Proof of citizenship is required when crossing the international Windsor-Detroit border.

Note: Due to traffic congestion in downtown Detroit or other circumstances beyond the control of Transit Windsor, the Tunnel Bus is sometimes required to shorten the route in Detroit.  To avoid lengthy delays, customers are requested to board the bus from the tunnel plaza (south of Mariner's Church).

To Detroit:

• Please refer to the current Tunnel Bus schedule for departure times.  Visit Schedules & Maps.
• The Tunnel Bus will drop you off in front of Cobo Conference Center.  A short walk indoors through the convention center brings you to Joe Louis Arena.  After the event, simply retrace your steps through Cobo to catch the Tunnel Bus back to Windsor.

To Windsor: 

• After the event, simply retrace your steps through Cobo to catch the Tunnel Bus back to Windsor.
  
  
• Buses begin returning to Windsor immediately after, and up to a maximum of 30 minutes past the end of the game or concert, including overtime.
  
  
• Extra Tunnel Bus service is added for large events, such as the North American International Auto Show, operating on a passenger-demand basis.
