Acceptable Garbage Containers:

All garbage must be contained in Garbage Bags or Cans
(125L/30 GAL MAX. SIZE) ,or Herby Curby containers!  This information is available in Arabic, Chinese and Spanish. 

• Metal or Plastic Cans
  • Maximum 125L/30 gal capacity
  • Max. 78cm./31" tall, 50 cm./20" diameter
  • 2 handles and a water tight lid

  • This is the only approved wheeled container in excess of the 125L/30 gal limit.
  • All trucks have a Herby Curby lifting device
• Plastic Bags
  • Commercial grade plastic bags only
  • Recommended size 26" x 36"
  • NEVER put glass or sharp objects in bags
  • Do Not use & shopping bags for garbage

Oversized containers will not be collected.

Unacceptable Containers:

• Small grocery/shopping bags.
• Cardboard Boxes - they should always be Recycled or used for Yard Waste.
• Oversized and overweight containers (+20kg./45lbs).
• Many wheeled containers that are sold are TOO BIG and when filled are TOO HEAVY.
