• Dirt:  If you are bringing dirt to the Public Drop Off Depot, call 519-944-3421 prior to bringing in your load to get approval.  The dirt load, regardless of size must be cleared with Essex Windsor Solid Waste Authority first.
• Small quantities of residentially generated and hauled concrete, rubble and bricks will be accepted at the Public Drop Off Depot (E.C. Row and Central). Tipping Fees may apply. Call (519) 974-1010 with any questions.
• Large quantities of "clean" concrete, "clean" asphalt (separated loads of each material) or "clean" cement blocks may be disposed of at the following businesses: Coco Paving, (519) 948-7133 or Dunn Paving (519) 727-3838.  Please call ahead to find out location, hours and charges.   
• "Clean" indicates no dirt or metal rebar/bracing attached to the concrete or asphalt.   
• These businesses do not take dirt, brick or rubble.
