Parks and Recreation offers memberships in its fitness centres and in its pools.  You can sign up for a combo of water and land fitness opportunities, or specialize in water exercise or fitness centre activities:

• Get fit on the cardiovascular machines.
• Swim lengths for fitness.
• Enjoy aquafitness classes or waterwalking.
• Increase your muscle tone with various weights.
• Cycle on our static bikes.
• Book time with a personal trainer.

Three centres listed below offer swim memerships, while two Parks & Rec locations feature fitness centres with a variety of equipment.  Your membership offers access to all centres, though hours of operation vary and amenities vary.  Visit www.reconnectwindsor.ca for centre times, and check with the centre staff for an orientation program.
