• Downtown municipal garages operate 24 hours/day, seven (7) days a week at a rate of $1.00 per hour with the first hour of parking free, with the exception of the new parking garage located at Riverside Drive West and Ferry Street.
• The City's newest parking garage, co-located with the new office tower at One Riverside Drive West, off of Ferry Street, provides hourly parking at a rate of $1.25 per hour for all or any fraction of the first hour and $0.25 for every 12 minutes after the first hour.
• The maximum daily rate is $10.00 with the exception of Parking Garage #3 located at Riverside Drive West and Ferry Street, which has no maximum daily rate.
• Additionally, the garages operate with a no-cashier, pay-on-foot system implemented in 1993.
• Credit cards are accepted in Parking Garage #1 at Pitt St. E and Goyeau St., in Parking Garage #2 at Park St. W. and Pelissier St. and in the Parking Garage #3 on Riverside Drive.
• Parking in City garages is not free for those with Ontario handicapped parking permits or for those with Veteran Plates. Standard fees apply.
• On weekends both garages are staffed by Windsor Police personnel, providing heightened security and safety for patrons.
