WHC is the acronym for the Windsor Heritage Committee - an advisory body to City Council on matters pertaining to the built heritage of the City of Windsor.

• WHC usually meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Town of Walkerville Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall.
