• The City of Windsor Clean City Committee is committed to eradicating litter throughout Windsor and fostering positive behaviour amongst residents, businesses and visitors for a cleaner environment.
• The Clean City Committee manages the Litter Hotline for citizens to report litterbugs; reviews school performance in the Clean Green School Challenge; and organizes both the Rose City Clean Sweep campaigns and Adopt-a-Street/Zone volunteer cleanup programs.
• The Clean City Committee is interested in exploring new alternatives to combat various litter problems, while promoting the vision of a clean city. Issues addressed by the Committee include cigarette butts, gum disposal and litter containment.
